Refunds and Returns Policy for Rezolute
At Rezolute, we aim to provide exceptional service, and we strive for complete satisfaction with all of our offerings. However, as we operate on a service-based model, please note the following terms regarding refunds and returns:
Service Hours Refund Policy
Since our services are billed based on hourly rates, and these services are customized to your specific needs, we do not offer refunds or returns for any service hours once they are committed to or used.
However, we do offer a discount on our hourly rates for clients who commit to a larger number of hours upfront. The more hours you commit to, the lower the hourly rate.
Subscription Service Cancellations
For clients using our subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellation. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, we will ensure that no further billing occurs after the 30-day notice period ends.
If you cancel your subscription, we will continue to provide service until the end of the notice period, after which access to the subscription services will be terminated.
